Sign in with your Google account and see all your reviews and insights in one place. For every review, the AI writes a reply in your tone that mentions your services and location by name.

The solution at a glance
For hospitality, trades, medical practices, law firms and retail
People looking for a business read the reviews and the replies. Unanswered reviews make it look like nobody cares, but replying to each one takes time. The AI review manager connects to your Google Business Profile, shows how your reviews are trending and what customers are talking about, and drafts replies that fit your business. If you like, it replies to positive reviews automatically and sends you drafts for negative ones.
How the review manager works
Set it up once, and it runs in the background. You only step in when your judgment is needed.
- Sign in with Google
- Set your tone and keywords
- Let the AI write replies
- Approve and track
1Sign in with Google
Sign in with the Google account you use to manage your Business Profile. Your existing reviews show up right away.
2Set your tone and keywords
Decide how your business should sound and what it wants to be found for, such as “wood-fired pizza” and “Oberkassel.”
3Let the AI write replies
For every new review, the AI writes a reply that responds to what was said and works in your keywords where they fit naturally.
4Approve and track
Replies to positive reviews can be posted automatically; replies to negative ones you approve yourself. The dashboard shows how your reviews are trending.
The problem with unanswered reviews
Why many profiles make a business look worse than it really is.
- Reviews go unanswered because nobody has time for them in the daily rush.
- Replies like “Thank you for your review” tell readers nothing about your business.
- Google doesn’t show you at a glance whether your reviews are getting better or worse, or what customers keep mentioning.
- Negative reviews get noticed late, and then answered in the heat of the moment.
What you see on your dashboard
Everything your reviews reveal, on one page instead of scattered across your Google profile.
Average rating and trends
Stars, review count and how they change over weeks and months. You can see right away whether a change in your business is landing with customers.
What customers talk about
The AI sums up which topics keep coming up and whether they’re praised or criticized: service, wait times, price, cleanliness.
What still needs attention
Which reviews still need a reply, which drafts are waiting for your approval and what’s already live.

Insights and topics
Your average rating and review count over time, the star distribution and the topics customers mention most, such as service, wait times or price.
Replies in your tone
Formal or casual, with or without the reviewer’s name: the AI writes the way your business talks and responds to what the customer actually said.
Your services, worked in naturally
You specify what your business wants to be found for, such as “wood-fired pizza” or “emergency heating repair Düsseldorf.” Replies work these terms in where they fit, instead of just stuffing them in.
Approval on your terms
You decide which replies are posted automatically and which you want to see first. Negative reviews always come to you first.

Common questions about the review manager
Do we need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. The review manager works with the reviews on your Google Business Profile. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you set it up.
Will the AI just post anything in our name?
No. You set the tone and the terms, and decide what can be posted without your approval. Replies to negative reviews are never posted automatically.
Do replies with keywords bring in more visitors?
Google recommends replying to reviews, and anyone reading your profile can see that you care. Google doesn’t disclose how much keywords in replies affect rankings. That’s why we use them sparingly and naturally, and we don’t promise rankings.
