More time for clients, less time in your inbox

We automate the parts of law firm work that eat up the most time: incoming mail, phone calls and new inquiries. Tools we set up for your firm take care of the routine. Responsibility stays with you.

A day many law firms will recognize

  1. About 30 documents have come in overnight via beA, email and fax. Each one has to be read, filed to a case and checked for deadlines.

  2. The phone rings in the middle of a meeting. A prospective client has received a termination notice and wants a call back today.

  3. A client asks for an update. Opposing counsel’s brief has arrived, but nobody has read it yet.

  4. The day’s deadlines are entered, and the legal assistants are working overtime. Tomorrow, it all starts over.

Automation

An inbox that sorts itself

Documents from beA, email and the scanner are captured, filed to the right case and briefly summarized. Detected deadlines are added to your deadline calendar as suggestions, with a source reference. Nothing is entered until your team has checked it.

  • Filed by case number, court and parties
  • Short summary at the top of the file
  • Deadline suggestion with source reference and early reminder

What else we build for law firms

What matters to us when working with law firms

  • Confidentiality

We contractually commit to confidentiality, as § 43e BRAO (the German Federal Lawyers’ Act) provides for service providers working with law firms.

  • Data stays in the EU

Processing in the EU under a data processing agreement, and your data is never used for training. If you prefer, the models can run on your own infrastructure.

  • You make the final call

Deadlines are suggested, not entered. Letters are drafted, not sent. Every step is logged.

  • Technology, not legal advice

We build the technical side so that you can meet your professional obligations. The legal assessment remains with your firm.

Frequently asked questions

Will this work with our practice management software?

With common systems such as RA-MICRO, Advoware, DATEV Anwalt or Actaport, as long as they offer an interface or import function. In an initial call, we look at your system and check how this would work for you.

Is it permissible to process client data this way?

That depends on the setup: processing in the EU, a data processing agreement, a confidentiality commitment and no further use of the data. We implement these requirements on the technical side. Whether they’re sufficient for your firm is for you to assess.

Will this replace our legal assistants?

No. It takes routine work off their plate: sorting, typing, looking things up. Decisions and client contact stay with people.

How do we get started?

With one process, usually incoming mail. We test it with anonymized documents from your firm and show you the results before anything becomes part of your day-to-day work.

Which process takes up the most time at your firm?

Tell us about it in three sentences. We’ll tell you honestly whether and how it can be done, and we’ll start with a test run on real data.
