Personal review cards for your team, with a leaderboard
Every server and every technician gets their own card with their name on it. Guests tap their phone on it and land right on your Google review form. The dashboard shows who has gotten the most guests to leave a review, so you can turn it into a friendly competition with a reward.

The solution at a glance
For restaurants, cafés, hotels, trades and any business that deals with customers
Most happy guests would leave a review if someone asked them at the right moment. That’s exactly what your team does, at the table or after the job. Each card belongs to one person and leads to your business’s Google profile. The dashboard counts how many guests left a review through each card and shows a monthly leaderboard. You decide what the winner gets.
How to get more reviews
A personal request works better than any table display. The card turns it into a matter of seconds.
- One card per person
- Ask at the right moment
- Review on the spot
- Leaderboard and reward
1One card per person
Every server and every technician gets their own card with their name on it, linked to your business’s Google profile.
2Ask at the right moment
At checkout or after the job: “Happy with everything? Then just hold your phone here for a second.”
3Review on the spot
The Google review form opens right away on the guest’s phone. They write their review freely, just the way they experienced it.
4Leaderboard and reward
The dashboard counts how many guests came through each card. At the end of the month, the team sees who’s in the lead, and you hand out the reward.
Why happy guests rarely leave reviews
It’s almost never about how satisfied they are. It’s about how hard it is to get there.
- Happy guests leave without writing a review because nobody asks.
- A QR code on the table gets overlooked. A personal request doesn’t.
- Many guests can’t find their way to the Google review form on their own.
- Until now, there’s been no way to see whether your team is asking, or who’s best at it.
Card, leaderboard, reward
Three parts that work together so your team asks and guests leave reviews.
The card
Credit-card-sized, in your design, with the person’s name. A printed QR code covers phones without NFC.
The leaderboard
Who has gotten the most guests to leave a review this week and this month? Visible to the whole team or just to you.
The reward
You decide what the top spot gets, such as a day off or a bonus. What gets rewarded is asking, never the star rating.

Common questions about the review cards
Does this comply with Google’s policies?
Google prohibits offering customers incentives for reviews, only asking satisfied customers to leave reviews, and employees reviewing their own business. The cards are designed with this in mind: every guest is free to leave any review, including a critical one, and gets nothing in return. Team rewards are never tied to star ratings.
Does it work with every phone?
With almost all current iPhones and Android phones: just hold the phone to the card. For older devices, every card also has a printed QR code.
Can everyone on the team see each other’s numbers?
That’s up to you. The leaderboard can be visible to the whole team or only to you. If your business has a works council, it needs to approve this kind of tracking.
